[SkinnedMeshRenderer] Incorrect bounds when 'Update When Offscreen' is checked
Reproduction steps:
1) Open users attached project
2) Open "Hub_BugTest" scene
3) Find "EV_Rig:EV_High" object in hierarchy (All Hub Objects > Centrifuge Personnel > AR_Scene_Hub_Prefab)
4) Check "Update When Offscreen" option in Skinned Mesh Renderer component
Expected result:
Box which shows bounds should stay on the objects.
Actual result:
Box which shows bounds jumps into (0, 0, 0) position in world.
Regression appeared in 5.2.0f3
