Silent crash when loading RenderDoc with DX12
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Set graphics API to DX12
3. Click on the “Load RenderDoc“ button in the Scene view burger menu (Alt + C)
Expected result: RenderDoc is loaded
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a11, 2023.3.0b6
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0a10
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: macOS 14.0 (Intel)
