Significant time is taken by the AnyTargetMaterialHasChildren method when a large non-material asset is deleted
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-83358_repro“ project
2. Import the “test“ package that is in the Assets folder
3. Navigate to Tools → AssetDeletionLogger → Delete Asset
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: Deletion takes less than a second
Actual result: Deletion takes around 10 seconds
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.45f1, 6000.0.17f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
