"Sign into your Unity account" window is displayed every time when launching Unity in offline mode with "Remember me" enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity, if you haven't signed out yet, make sure to do that
2. Press "Work offline" with "Remember my choice" ("Remember me" if using 5.5 version of Unity or earlier) enabled
3. Exit Unity and open it again
Expected result: Unity opens a Projects window
Actual result: Unity opens a Sign Up window, not remembering your choice to work offline
Reproducible with - 2017.1.0a5, 5.6.0f1
Not reproducible with - 5.6.0f2, 5.5.2p3, 5.4.5f1
Note: When signing up, "Remember my choice" seems to work correctly
