[Shadows]Spotlight Shadows - Displaying Incorrectly at Specific Angle
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project.
2) Open scene "Test".
3) Gently drag spotlight on Z axis forward and backward in scene.
4) Look how shadow displays incorrectly at specific angle.

Resolution Note:
