Shadows are rendered only for one of the batches when calling DrawMeshInstancedIndirect multiple times
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "Demos-DrawMeshInstancedIndirect.zip" project
2. Load "InstanceIndirectShadowsIssue" scene
3. Enter play mode and observe the Game view
Expected result: shadows are rendered for every batch
Actual result: shadows are rendered only for one of the batches
Reproduces on: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0b6
