Shadows are displayed with gaps when using the Shadow Caster 2D component on an empty GameObject in a URP project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "PROJECTFILE" project
2. Open the "/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" scene
3. In the Hierarchy window select the “Main Camera” GameObject
4. In the Inspector window Camera component, change the Projection setting from Orthographic to Perspective
4. Observe GameObject shadows in the Game view
Expected result: GameObject shadow appearance stays the same and doesn’t change
Actual result: GameObject shadow appearance changes and appears with gaps
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a18, 2023.1.12f1, 2023.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.9f1, 2023.1.0a17, 2023.3.0a4
Fixed in: 2023.2.0a2
Reproducible on: macOS 13.4.1 (M1 Max), Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
