[Shaders][MojoShaders] Surface shader unknown include file shows incorrect error line

Steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Select SystemSurfaceMojoshaderErrorDirect.shader.
3. Notice that error is shown in line 16, even though include is in line 15.
