[shaders][glsl-optimizer] Compiling shaders for Metal or GL2/GLES2 is slow, inside used_outside_loops function
Building game with complex shaders (involving loops etc.) for Metal or GLES2.0 targets seems to be spending a lot of time inside used_outside_loops function inside glsl-optimizer. As if it has some quadratic complexity or similar.
