[Shaders] Blur Optimized does not work on device
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "BlurError" scene
3. Play scene in the editor
4. Build to iPhone 6 plus device
Actual behavior: notice that in step 3 blur effect is working while in step 4 it does not
Regression from 5.2 to 5.3

Hello, I would like to know this as well. I can't find any other references to this issue and it's still a problem on 5.5.0. This effect is pretty important to what I'm working on now.

Has this been fixed, as above it says its a duplicate issue, where is the original one?
Any advice on making this blur work for ios again?
