Shaders and materials are not loaded correctly when they are in separate Asset Bundles
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Build an Asset Bundle from the "Asset Bundles" menu
3. Play any of the two scenes under Assets/Scenes
4. Use the GUI to switch scenes back and forth and observe the results
Expected result: The materials and shaders look the same whether they are in the same or in separate Bundles
Actual result: The materials and shaders look slightly different when they are in different Bundles
Reproduced with: 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.7f1, 2017.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a4
Notes:
- On 17.4.6f1, 17.1.7f1 there were some errors so the scenes had to be switched manually
Fixed in 2018.2.11f1
