[ShaderGraph] Skewed guidelines are drawn from the top left corner of the Node when it is moved
How to reproduce:
- Create a new SRP Template project
- Create a new Shader Graph
- Create a new Node
- Move the Node around the workspace
- Observe the Top Left corner of the Node
Expected results: Guidelines only appear when aligning the Node according to other Nodes in the Graph
Actual results: Skewed guidelines are drawn from the top left corner
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a16(13.1.1), 2021.1.18f1(13.1.8), 2022.2.0b9(14.0.3), 2023.1.0a9(15.0.1)
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1(10.10.0), 2021.3.11f1(12.1.7), 2021.1.0a15(13.1.0), 2023.1.0a10(15.0.1), 2023.1.0a12(15.0.1)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 (The issue does not appear on macOS 12.5.1)

- Tested with URP Template project and Lit Shader Graph template
