[ShaderGraph] Skewed guidelines are drawn from the top left corner of the Node when it is moved
*How to reproduce:*
# Create a new SRP Template project
# Create a new Shader Graph
# Create a new Node
# Move the Node around the workspace
# Observe the Top Left corner of the Node
*Expected results:* Guidelines only appear when aligning the Node according to other Nodes in the Graph
*Actual results:* Skewed guidelines are drawn from the top left corner
*Reproducible with:* 2021.1.0a16(13.1.1), 2021.1.18f1(13.1.8), 2022.2.0b9(14.0.3), 2023.1.0a9(15.0.1)
*Not reproducible with:* 2020.3.40f1(10.10.0), 2021.3.11f1(12.1.7), 2021.1.0a15(13.1.0), 2023.1.0a10(15.0.1), 2023.1.0a12(15.0.1)
*Reproduced on:* Windows 11 (The issue does not appear on macOS 12.5.1)
