[ShaderGraph package] Flipbook node skips/displays a wrong texture during certain frames when 5x5 texture is used

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached FlipBook.7z project
2. Open the Sample Scene and enter the Play mode
3. Inspect the Quads in the Game view

Expected: 5x5 texture go in the correct order from 1 to 25 as 8x8 texture does

Actual: 5x5 texture skips/displays a wrong texture during certain frames

Reproducible with: 2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a23

Reproducible with: macOS and Windows

Notes:
- Could not test earlier versions because of the thrown errors
- Both textures are using the same shader and frame layout from left to right, top to bottom
