[Shadergraph] Object space normal isn't normalized when the object is scaled in HDRP
Reproduces in 10.4.0 and above
Doesn't reproduce in 7.3.1
Repro steps:
1. Import the attached shadergraph into a project using HDRP
2. open the shadergraph
3. Scale the preview (mouse wheel up or down)
Expected result: the object should stay black
Actual result: the object turns white, indicating that the length of the object space normal is not 1

Latest issues
- Prefab override popup is cropped/positioned incorrectly when more than one display is used and a higher display Scale is set
