[ShaderGraph] Nodes' previews don't update when using default inputs instead of Properties
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ShaderGraph.zip"
2. In Project window, open Assets -> ShaderGraph -> ShadowDisintegration.shadergraph
3. In ShaderGraph window, locate the "Simple Noise" node and remove its connection to the "DissolveScale(1)" Property.
4. Observe the "Simple Noise" Node's Preview
5. Adjust the default X input to match the "DissolveScale" Property
6. Observe the "Simple Noise" Node's Preview
Expected result: When the default input field matches the property value that was used before, the Simple Noise preview also matches
Actual result: The Simple Noise node's preview does not update when adjusting the default Input
Reproducible with: 15.0.4 (2023.1.0b11), 16.0.1 (2023.2.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.1 (2020.3.47f1), 12.1.10 (2021.3.22f1), 14.0.6 (2022.2.13f1), 15.0.4 (2023.1.0b10)
