[ShaderGraph] Node Settings menu doesn't collapse if clicked somehere else in the editor
Node Settings menu doesn't collapse unless the user clicks on the same settings icon again
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project with HDRP template
2. Project window> Create > Shader > PBR Graph
3. Click on the settings icon of the PBR node
4. Click anywhere in the editor
Expected Result:
The settings menu collapses
Actual Result:
The settings menu doesn't collapse
Reproducible On: 2020.2.0a3, 2020.1.0b2, 2018.3.014f1
Reproducible On Package Version: 8.0.1, 7.1.8, 4.1.0

Resolution Note:
This issue will be fixed by the 20.2 release as the node settings windows are going away to replaced by something more like the Unity-wide inspector, but a new one that is specific to shader graph, in the shader graph window.
