[Shadergraph] Graph is unusable if opened with Graph Inspector disabled, throws errors
Doesn't repro on: 11.0.0 release
Repros on: SRP master (03e5c8a6cf)
Repro steps:
1. Disable the Graph Inspector
2. Close Shadergraph
3. Open a shadergraph
4. Try to move a node
Expected result: shadergraph works as expected
Actual result: shadergraph softlocks and throws errors
