[ShaderGraph] Expanding categories with keyboard in Node creation menu breaks when an item was selected with the mouse
*How to reproduce:*
# Create a new SRP project
# Create a new ShaderGraph
# Open the Node Creation menu
# Select an item in the menu (For example, the 'Artistic' category. It should get highlighted with blue)
# Try pressing the Right arrow key to expand the category
*Expected results:* Node category is expanded
*Actual results:* Keyboard input is ignored and the category is not expanded
*Reproducible with:* 2022.2.14f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a3
*Not reproducible with:* 2021.3.30f1, 2022.2.13f1
*Notes:*
# Categories can be expanded with the Right arrow key if no item was selected previously with the mouse (No blue highlight in the menu)
# When an item is selected with the mouse, the Up and Down arrow keys still work and can be used to navigate the menu. Only the Right arrow key for expanding the categories seems to be affected
# Tested on macOS and Windows 11
