[Shadergraph] "Disconnect All" option is greyed out on stack blocks
Seems to repro in every version with Stacks.
Repro steps:
1. Create a new shadergraph
2. Plug an edge into a stack block
3. Right click the stack block
Expected result: "disconnect all" isn't greyed out and choosing it disconnects the edge
Actual result: "disconnect all" is greyed out
