Shadergraph Connection Nodes Appear at Wrong Position when region format is set to Turkish (Turkey)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the control panel
2. Select “Change date, time, or number formats”
3. In the “Format:” dropdown menu select “Turkish (Turkey)” and click on Apply
4. Open the attached project “Turkish_Format”
5. Open “Assets/New Shader Graph.shadergraph” in Shader Editor
6. Observe the node connections
Expected result: Connection nodes are in the correct positions and have the correct shape
Actual result: Connection nodes are squished and in the wrong positions
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a3
