[Shadergraph] Collapse node button no longer works
Does not reproduce on 9.x.x branch
Repro steps:
1. Create an "Add" node
2. Click the "Collapse node" button in the upper right
Expected result: the unused input and output slots collapse
Actual result: nothing happens
