[Shadergraph][11.x] Placing a property onto the graph in a subgraph throws errors and softlocks graph
Repro steps:
1. Create a subgraph
2. Create a property
3. Drag the property onto the graph
Expected result: no error
Actual result: error is thrown and graph softlocks
