Shader with UsePass is missing certain passes in a Player Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached project
2. Open the "Example_NoCreep" Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the floating objects in the Game view. (Either grey or green color is applied to each object. Every object also receives an outline)
5. Build the project
6. Launch the Player Build
Expected results: Objects are rendered the same way as in Editor Play mode
Actual results: OUTLINEPASS is missing. Sometimes color is applied incorrectly and all objects are rendered in grey
Reproducible with: 2019.4.25f1(7.6.0), 2020.3.5f1(10.4.0), 2021.1.4f1(11.0.0), 2021.2.0a15(12.0.0)
Could not test with: 2018.4(Project is using URP which was not yet available)
Notes:
1. Graphics APIs tested - D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan, OpenGLCore
