Shader Graph Template window header has incorrect naming
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Shader Graph Template window (Right-click in Project window > Create > Shader Graph > From Template…)
3. Observe the window header
*Actual results:* Window header says “Create new VFX Asset”
*Expected results:* Window header says “Create new Shader Asset” or “Create new Shader Graph”
*Reproducible with versions:* 17.3.0 (6000.3.0a2)
*Can’t test with versions:* 6000.2.0b10 and lower (Shader Graph Template window is not available)
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon, Sequoai 15.5 (M1)
+*Notes: noticed, that after opening VFX Asset window and then Shader Graph Asset window, header title says “Create new VFX Asset”*+
