Shader Graph Template window header has incorrect naming
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open Shader Graph Template window (Right-click in Project window > Create > Shader Graph > From Template…)
3. Observe the window header
Actual results: Window header says “Create new VFX Asset”
Expected results: Window header says “Create new Shader Asset” or “Create new Shader Graph”
Reproducible with versions: 17.3.0 (6000.3.0a2)
Can’t test with versions: 6000.2.0b10 and lower (Shader Graph Template window is not available)
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoai 15.5 (M1)
Notes: noticed, that after opening VFX Asset window and then Shader Graph Asset window, header title says “Create new VFX Asset”
