Shader Graph sticky notes can not be copied and pasted
1. Create a new project
2. Install Shader Graph package
3. Right-click in Project Browser -> Create -> Shader -> Unlit Graph
4. Open the created Shader Graph
5. Right-click and select Create Sticky Note in the Shader Graph
6. Right-click the sticky note and observe the options of the context menu
Expected result: There is an option to copy and paste the sticky note in the context menu
Actual result: There is no option to copy and paste the sticky note in the context menu
Reproducible with: 2019.3.2f1(7.1.8, 7.2.1), 2020.1.0a24(7.1.8, 7.2.1)
Can't test with: 2017.4.37f1 Shader Graph is not introduced, 2018.4.17f1 sticky notes feature is not introduced
