Shader Graph Matrix property produces random output values when SRP Batcher is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/OutdoorsScene” Scene
3. In the Scene view, select the “Cube” GameObject
Expected result: The “Cube” GameObject is red
Actual result: The “Cube” GameObject starts flickering random colors
Reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.31f1, 6000.0.4f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 14.3.1 (M1 Pro) (By user)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: In 2021.3.39f1, the whole Scene view also flickers black
