Shader compiler crashes when compiling specific shader for OpenGLCore
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select the MF-weapon-cloak shader
3. Compile the shader for OpenGLCore in the editor
4. Notice a bunch of shader compiler crashes.
Crash happens in GetBitcastOp. Where From value is SVT_BOOL and To value is SVT_FLOAT
This is a regression, does not reproduce with 5.6.0b8, 5.5.0p1
