Shader Bundle Naming Prefix tooltip is incorrect when hovering cursor over the setting
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Window -> Asset Management -> Addressables -> Settings
3. In the Inspector window, find the "Shader Bundle Naming Prefix" setting (under "Build")
4. Hover the mouse cursor over "Shader Bundle Naming Prefix"
5. Observe the tooltip that appears
Expected result: the tooltip suggests a correct recommended setting name
Actual result: the tooltip suggests a recommended setting that doesn't exist (Project Name)
Reproducible with: 1.18.2, 1.18.15 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.16f1, 2021.1.17f1, 2021.2.0b7, 2022.1.0a5)
Could not test with: 1.16.19 (relevant settings not found after downgrading)
