SHADER_AVAILABLE_INTERPOLATORS32 does not work on Vulkan or OpenGL
Steps:
1. Open attached project (VulkanGL_32Interpolators.zip)
2. Make sure Editor is using Vulkan or OpenGLCore (set it in PlayerSettings > Graphics API)
3. Open Shader_Interpolators scene
4. Observe GameView. See attached images.
Reproducible:
2022.1.0b1.2464 (4897ee769494) - rendering red
Not reproducible:
2022.1.0a16.2287 (86a669d02ca5) - rendering correct uv coordinate color
Win Vulkan/OpenGLCore and Linux Vulkan/OpenGLCore only.
Win DX11/DX12 is working fine.
