Shaded Wireframe doesn't work for UI elements
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "857162-repro.zip"
2. Open "test" scene
3. Change Shading Mode from Shaded to Shaded Wireframe
Expected behavior: Shaded Wireframe shows meshes textured and with wireframes overlaid
Actual behavior: Nothing changes in the Scene View
Reproducible: 5.5.0p2, 5.6.0b2
Not reproducible: 5.3.7p2, 5.4.3p4, 2018.3.0a1
