Setting the position of a RectTransform while its GameObject is not active does not update the position
To reproduce this issue:
1. Import 'RectTransformPosition' package
2. Open 'TestScene' scene
3. It has Red and White images
4. Play the scene
5. Press button
6. It changes white image's position to red images's position and it works fine
7. Play the scene again
8. Disable 'Image' (Rect Transform To Move->Image)
9. Click the button again
10. Re-enable 'Image'
11. The position is not changed
It happens only with RectTransform gameObject when it is disabled in runtime
