[WebGL] SetScheduledEndTime does not work on WebGL

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a simple Unity project, with a GameObject that has an AudioSource component.
  2. Start playing the AudioSource.
  3. Try using the SetScheduledEndTime C# function.

Actual results: Clip ends abruptly.

Expected results: Clip should keep playing until the scheduled end time is reached.
