[WebGL] SetScheduledEndTime does not work on WebGL

# Create a simple Unity project, with a GameObject that has an AudioSource component.
# Start playing the AudioSource.
# Try using the SetScheduledEndTime C# function.

*Actual results:* Clip ends abruptly.

*Expected results:* Clip should keep playing until the scheduled end time is reached.
