Services window does not redraw itself when unity editor is being resized
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project or create a new one
2. Open services window in the editor (Window->Services)
3. Resize whole unity editor.
-View gets distorted since service window does not get redrawn every frame
Expected result: Services window should be redrawn every frame since all other windows are displayed correctly when resized
Reproduced on: 5.5.1f1, 5.6.0b6
