SerializeReference Array field background box is not correctly resized when changing element's height
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and SampleScene scene
2. In the Hierarchy window, select GameObject
3. In the Inspector window, Set the Array field's size to 1
4. Set Element 0 type to A and observe the Value field underneath
Expected result: Value field is inside of the Array field box
Actual result: Value field is outside of the Array field box
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a14, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a13
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.0a12 (the Array field box hasn't been implemented yet)
Note: The Value is correctly displayed inside after reselecting the Array field
