Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Project from the "Universal 3D sample" Template
2. Observe the Console in the Editor

Actual results: Warning " (2,6): Semantic - The specified URI does not exist in the current project : Asset reference to GUID '83e88789f4e4cd840be5d4567148e6d0' was moved from 'Assets/Testing/Benchmark/BenchmarkUI.uss' to 'Assets/SharedAssets/Benchmark/BenchmarkUI.uss'. Update the URL 'project://database/Assets/Testing/Benchmark/BenchmarkUI.uss?fileID=7433441132597879392&guid=83e88789f4e4cd840be5d4567148e6d0&type=3#BenchmarkUI' to remove this warning." is logged

Expected results: No Warnings are present when creating a Project from a Template

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b2, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0b1

Can't test with: 6000.5.0a2 (Templates aren't available yet)
