Selection frame drawn in Scene view when a GameObject is selected while Alt and left mouse buttons are pressed
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Select the "Main Camera" GameObject in the Hierarchy
3. In the Scene view press and hold the left Alt key and the left mouse button
4. Move the mouse
Expected result: The Scene view's camera rotates around a point in the Scene
Actual result: A GameObject selection frame is drawn and the camera doesn't move
Reproducible with: 2019.1.13f1, 2019.3.11f1, 2020.1.0b6, 2020.20a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.22f1, 2019.1.12f1
Notes:
1. Tested on Windows 7 and Linux (Ubuntu 18.04 and KDE Neon 5.18)
2. Does not reproduce on Windows 7
