Selecting the Web platform can be done when using the HDRP project
How to reproduce:
1. Create the HDRP project
2. Make sure to have Web module installed
3. Go to Build Profiles and select the Web Platform
4. Observe the results
Expected results: The Platform can't be selected because Web Platform doesn't support HDRP pipeline
Actual results: The Platform can be selected and only throws the clearable error
Reproducible with: 6000.0.40f1, 6000.1.0b8, 6000.2.0a5
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Since the functionality is not supported, the error shouldn't be clearable or the Platform couldn't be selected at all
