Search: UI Icon for "table view" and similar icons overlaps in the window
Repo steps:
# Open Unity Scene
# Open Window > Search > New window
# Resize the search window pulling the bottom of the menu until the icons begin overlapping
Expected Result: UI stops overlapping and disappears
Actual Result: UI overlaps in the menu
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b11
Not Reproducible with: 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.2.0a9
Cannot test with: 2020.3.46f1 (Search window does not exist)
Platforms tested: Win 11

Resolution Note:
Too minor of a bug. The whole window cannot be used if it is too collapse.
