Search reset button is active in Test Runner Window when there is nothing written in the Search field
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project (New Unity Project.zip)
2. Open Test Runner window via Menu toolbar > Window > General > Test Runner
Expected result: Search field has a Search reset button
Actual result: Search field has Search reset button even though nothing is written in the field
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.9f1, 2019.2.6f1, 2019.3.0b4, 2020.1.0a4
