ScrollRect Content RectTransform values are modified when reloading a Scene/Prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case_1088655-ScrollRect)
2. Open SampleScene
3. Select Content in the Scene Hierarchy
4. Set the Left, Right, and Pos Y values to 0
5. Double click SampleScene in the Assets window to reload the Scene
6. Select Content in the Scene Hierarchy
Expected result: The Left, Right, and Pos Y values are 0
Actual result: The Left, Right, and Pos Y values are not 0 and there is a Console warning
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.2.0a10
Notes:
1. Same can be reproduced when closing and reopening a prefab
