Scrolling doesn't work if click/touch is over input field
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scn_scrollViewWithInput scene
3. Press play
4. Try to scroll
5. Notice that when mouse is over input field scrolling doesn't work, because input field "catches" the click/touch input and cancels the scrolling behavior.
