[Scripting] Visual Studio2019 for Mac doesn't load Project solution If Auto Refresh is unchecked by default
If project is opened with Auto-Refresh option unchecked, solution is not loaded in the Visual Studio Editor
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Unity > Preferences > General > Auto Refresh (If check) > Uncheck > Restart Editor
3. Unity > Preferences > General > Auto Refresh (should be uncheck).
4. Create C# scripts.
5. Open Script in Visual Studio 2019
Actual Result:
Project solution is not loaded
Expected Result:
Project solution is loaded in Visual Studio gracefully.
Reproducible on:
2020.2.0a15, 2020.2.0a8, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.1.0b8
Working fine on:
2020.2.0a7, 2020.1.0b7 2019.3.15f1

macOS 10.15

Resolution Note:
The issue is with Visual Studio, these issues should be reported to Microsoft.
We have been in contact with Microsoft about this, and they will look into it.
