[Scripting] NullReferenceException when adding OnScreenButton component to a Gameobject.

Repro:
1. Download package and project at: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/InputSystem
2. Open any scene or create a new scene
3. Create a new Gameobject in the scene
4. In the Inspector window, click "Add Component" and choose "On Screen Button"
5. Observe the error in Console
Actual: Adding OnScreenButton component to Gameobject generates NullReferenceException
Workaround: Open OnScreenButtonEditor.cs file, and remove OnScreenControlEditor so it does not derive from it.
