ScriptedImporter fields not displayed as read-only in Inspector
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "ScriptableImporter_EditableAsset.zip"
2. Click on Test.qte
3. Look at the Inspector
Expected result: fields are read-only
Actual result: fields are not read-only
Reproducible on: 2017.1.0b3, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.2.0b11
