ScriptableWizard.DisplayWizard always creates a new instance instead of finding an existing one
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project "ScriptableWizardBug.zip" and open in Unity.
2) In menu press on 'ScriptableWizard' >> Show.
3) Again press on 'ScriptableWizard' >> Show.
4) Move 'My Scriptable Wizard' window.
Note: you have 2 windows.
Expected result: DisplayWizard will only show one wizard for every wizard class.
Reproduced with: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.5p8, 5.4.0f1, 5.5.0a3.
