Script Execution Order Add Item drop-down list does not open more than once when there are over 900 scripts in the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "2019.4.3f1-850929" project
2. Open the Project Settings (Edit->Project Settings...)
3. In the Project Settings window open the Script Execution Order
4. In the Project Settings window press the "+" to open a drop-down menu, containing a list of scripts
5. Close the opened list
6. Press the "+" in the Project Settings window again
Expected results: The list opens
Actual results: The list does not open
Reproducible with: 2018.4.12f1, 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.11f1
