ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshot results in a darkened image when scale factor is higher than 1 on Windows
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter playmode
3. Press space to take a screenshot
4. Open the screenshot
Expected result: image looks same as play mode
Actual result: image is significantly darker
Reproduced on 2018.1.0a2 ,2018.1.0b1, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a5
Not reproduced on 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0a1
