Screen space decals stop receiving shadows when Screen Space Shadows is enabled and Rendering Path is set to Forward or Forwads+
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scene.unity” Scene
3. Observe decals in the Scene view
4. Enable the Screen Space Shadows renderer feature in Assets/Settings/PC_Renderer.asset
5. Observe decals in the Scene view
Expected result: The decals still receive shadows
Actual result: The decals no longer receive shadows
Reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.46f1, 6000.0.19f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
