Screen distorts when minimizing and maximizing the app on ChromeOS
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "chromeMinimizing" apk on a ChromeOS device
2. Minimize the app and maximize after
Expected result: There are no issues
Actual result: When minimizing the application the screen distorts and is stretched, and doubles in size vertically, while halves in size horizontally
Reproducible with: 2020.3.34f1
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.1f1, 2022.2.0a14 (user project isn't compatible)
