[SceneViews] Clustering loading bars pop up all the time during bake if scene is in Clustering view
To reproduce:
1. Open a scene which takes a while to bake (I used MayanTemple)
2. Switch to Clustering view
3. Start bake
4. Notice constant pop ups of clustering loading bars
